Terms of Service

LocalRelo (localrelo.com) is a national relocation hub operated by CJOhio LLC. It helps people who are moving find local resources, relocation tools, and a directory of moving-service businesses, and it connects them with a trusted, licensed local real estate agent in the city they are moving to. LocalRelo currently partners with DaytonRelo (daytonrelo.com) and will add more cities over time. The service is free to consumers.

Content on this site, including relocation tools, guides, checklists, and directory listings, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. Any tool results (such as cost-of-living comparisons or calculators) are estimates only. Always confirm important decisions with a licensed professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or submit a form. By using LocalRelo, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Submitting the "Connect with a local agent" form is a request to be introduced to a licensed local real estate agent. This is free to you. LocalRelo does not guarantee a match, a response time, or any particular outcome from the introduction.

The agent you are matched with may pay a referral fee to Chris Jurgens' brokerage for the introduction. This does not affect the price or terms of any services you receive from that agent. LocalRelo is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreement you enter into with a matched agent, or for the services that agent provides.

Joining a city waitlist is a request to be notified when LocalRelo launches in that city. We do not guarantee a launch date for any city. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.

The Resources section lists relocation tools and third-party moving-service businesses (such as movers, storage, and cleaning providers) that we believe may be helpful. Listing a business is not an endorsement or guarantee of its quality, pricing, or availability. LocalRelo does not coordinate your move and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of any listed business. If a listing is ever a paid or affiliate placement, we will disclose that on the page.

Sites such as daytonrelo.com, and future city sites in the LocalRelo network, are separate products with their own terms of service and privacy policies. Using a city site is governed by that site's own terms, not these Terms.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using this site, you agree not to:

•Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form

•Use the forms to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or unrelated solicitations

•Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site

•Scrape, copy, or reuse site content for a competing service without permission

All content, features, and functionality of this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CJOhio LLC / LocalRelo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this site without express written permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that any agent match will result in any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRelo and CJOhio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including damages arising from your interactions with a matched agent or a listed moving-service business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
